Advanced SystemCare Professional provides an always-on and automated, all-in-one PC care service with anti-spyware, privacy protection, performance tune-ups, and system cleaning functions. Advanced SystemCare Professional, award-winning flagship product of IObit, is recommended most often by IT experts and editors around the world. 

There is a free version of the program as well as the professional version.  The free version will fix a limited number of errors, and will not fully optimize your PC.  I highly recommend the professional version as it has several enhanced features and can be set to run periodically to keep your machine running well even when you forget.
